At Mozaik Inc., you have the flexibility to cancel your account whenever you choose. Upon cancellation, any accumulated Tickets, Gifts, or PopCoins will be nullified. As these virtual items hold no monetary value once an account is closed, we suggest making the most of your Tickets, Gifts, or PopCoins before deciding to end your Mozaik experience. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any remaining virtual items at the time of account termination.

Members of Mozaik Inc. can deactivate their profiles at will. Should this occur, any existing Tickets, Gifts, or PopCoins within the account will be forfeited and invalidated. We advise members to utilize their accrued virtual items prior to account deactivation, as Mozaik Inc. does not issue refunds for any virtual items left unredeemed or unused.
