This Child Safety & CSAE Policy applies to the Mozaik app by Mozaik Inc, available on Google Play.
Mozaik Inc is committed to protecting children and maintaining a platform free from child sexual abuse and exploitation. The Mozaik app has a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Mozaik explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on its platform.
Mozaik strictly prohibits any use of the platform for the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:
Any account found to be involved in this type of activity will be removed immediately and will be permanently banned.
Mozaik provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report content, profiles, comments, messages, or other behavior that may violate our safety standards.
Reports related to child safety are reviewed as a priority. Mozaik will remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report confirmed violations involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.
Mozaik uses a combination of automated systems and human moderation to proactively detect, review, and remove content that violates our Child Safety Standards.
