Welcome to the Mozaik community! Our platform is a space for creativity, connection, and sharing the magic of storytelling through short movies. To maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all users, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines. These are in place to complement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Virtual Items Policy, ensuring Mozaik remains a platform for everyone to enjoy.

While explicit, sexually suggestive, violent, or graphic content is generally prohibited, we acknowledge the unique value of fictional storytelling. Therefore, content that is fictional and potentially harmful may, upon thorough moderation by the Mozaik staff, be designated as Mature Audience (MA) content. This content is exclusively accessible to users aged 18 and above. All users have the option to disable access to MA content by default in their profile settings, ensuring a personalized experience aligned with their preferences.
• Authenticity: We champion the sharing of content that is honest and genuine. Any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent material significantly erodes community trust. Our users are encouraged to engage authentically and uphold the integrity that our platform stands for.
• Intellectual Property Rights: We respect the creative works and intellectual property rights of all creators. You are encouraged to share only the content you hold distribution rights for. Please refrain from infringing on the copyrights, trademarks, or any other legal rights of creators. Mozaik is a space for originality and respect for the creative process.

• Protection of Minors: Content that exploits, endangers, or is deemed inappropriate for minors will be removed, and necessary actions will be taken to protect our younger users.
• Illegal Activities: Promoting or engaging in illegal activities is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, promoting drug use, violence, or criminal behavior.
• Security Practices: Secure your account with strong passwords and be cautious of phishing and scams. Mozaik will never ask for your password in unsolicited communications.

• Spam and Solicitation: Avoid spamming or unsolicited advertising. This includes repetitive comments, excessive self-promotion, and off-topic links.

• Fair Trading: Follow our Virtual Items Policy for engaging in the virtual economy. Manipulating prices, scamming users, or engaging in unauthorized sales of virtual items outside the platform is not allowed.

Eligibility and Age Requirements
