Updated in February 2024, it requires users to be at least 18 years old. Those under the age of majority may join only with parental consent. Eligibility to buy "Tickets," send and receive "Gifts," and to earn and cash out "Popcoins" is reserved for users who are 18 or older. Selection for participation is based on content quality and follower count, among other criteria.
Tickets & Usage Policy for Mozaik Inc
Eligibility for Ticket Purchase:
- Mozaik Inc allows individuals who are 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction to buy "Tickets," our platform's virtual currency.
- Tickets can be acquired through approved payment methods and authorized providers.
Acquisition of Tickets:
- The cost of Tickets is clearly indicated at the time of transaction in the specified currency, with potential additional fees subject to your agreement with the payment provider.
- Responsibility for the payment lies with the purchaser, and the Mozaik account is credited with Tickets post-purchase.
- For adjustments post-purchase, Mozaik's customer support can guide through possible changes.
Using Tickets:
- Tickets are utilized within the Mozaik platform to send as "Gifts" or purchase virtual gifts, enhancing the user experience. They are not redeemable for cash or any real-world currency.
- The platform's terms permit the use of Tickets solely within Mozaik services and may not be combined with external promotions unless specified.
- Transfer or sale of Tickets outside of Mozaik's authorization is prohibited, and such actions may result in account termination and potential legal repercussions.
- Upon account termination for any reason, Tickets will automatically expire.
- Mozaik reserves the right to manage and regulate Tickets, including modification or elimination, with reasonable notice provided to users for complete elimination.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for any remaining virtual items at the time of account termination.
Members of Mozaik Inc. can deactivate their profiles at will. Should this occur, any existing Tickets, Gifts, or PopCoins within the account will be forfeited and invalidated. We advise members to utilize their accrued virtual items prior to account deactivation, as Mozaik Inc. does not issue refunds for any virtual items left unredeemed or unused.
